Micro System – The objective of our lecture today is to illustrate the linkages between bedside clinical nursing, nursing research, and health policy. You’ll remember the framework of our organizational system: we have the macrosystem, the mesosystem, and the microsystems, and we’re going to focus on the microsystem today. That’s the point where health policy intersects with communities, providers, and other constituents.
