Even though it is universally known that death is certain, most people if not all would want to treat it with caution. In most cases, terminal information is at times treated confidential and the physicians may continue giving the patient hopes even when all the signs show that the patient will not make. The idea of treating death in such a way has resulted in the construction of five common awareness contexts based on the article. The awareness happens in the U.S hospitals where the hospital personnel has the information about the patient’s impending death but normally the patient does not realize.
