It allows children to stay on parents covers for as long as 26 years. It also expanded Medicaid so it can cover adults without children. It as well encourages preventive care in the existing healthcare covers. It has even expanded reach to mental health and substance abuse victims. The ACA is likely to be repealed by the Senate. This may limit the services for those who had benefited from the same.
