In my view, the area that was significant during the 15th century and spurred the global economy was transporting. This claim is because the transport sector is instrumental in the movement of commodities from one part of the countries and the continents to the other. Ships became an essential part of transport since traveling in water was one of the difficulties traders endure to move their commodities from one area to another. Besides, donkeys and horses were crucial in the long distance transportation of goods from one part of a locality to a different region. The global population did not have to travel on foot to reach other areas to trade. In the process, the global economy grew.
