Yes. In my view, the west is lagging the east, and the trend is bound to continue. Perhaps the most significant example, in this case, is China. Despite the World Trade Organization and other global financial bodies ranking China as a developing country, its tremendous steps in economics, international relationships, and technology are proving otherwise. The Asian giant is now officially the world biggest trading partner, with its trade resulting in a deficit in respect to the U.S. The nation’s international relations are helping them to penetrate regions like Africa and Europe in trade and relations. On technology, every part of the world has China’s technology.
