Choose three subjects presented during the course (class discussions, readings, video presentations) and write an essay of approximately five pages integrating the topics in a coherent position paper.

Following are examples of combined topics; however, you are encouraged to create your own combination of topics:

• Transformational leadership, the role of human resources management and diversity and inclusion in public affairs.

• Communications strategies in managing organizational change and cultural development in organizations.

• Managing the conflict of personal values, toxic followership and top-down organizational leadership. 

Speak specifically to the driving public policy and affairs strategies in the areas you choose and how you, your organization and the public are affected by the issues. If relevant, please explore what role you play as a leader within the collective topics you present and what resolutions and leadership positions you support going forward.
