The third and final point is to develop effective emotional and physical coping strategies to use when stress gets out of hand. Some may work better for you than others. However, you must develop some on both the physical and emotional sides for balance. This section deals with emotional coping mechanisms.
How you perceive a situation makes all the difference in the world. For each of the following negative perceptions, rewrite in a positive frame of mind.
