Hiroshima Film

The film Hiroshima is about the events of the battle of Okinawa that took place during the Second World War leading to the infamous dropping of atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The directors of the movie which runs for three hours are Roger Spottiswoode and Koreyoshi Kurahara. The production of the movie is such that it brings together dramatization, eyewitness interviews, and historical footage to create a vivid representation of the events. It shifts between the dramatic recreations and documentary footage that have filters applied to blur the difference between the images.
