Students should write a one-page jurisdictional selection short essay white paper briefing on the jurisdiction that they have selected and the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) that they have retrieved from that jurisdiction.

Students should provide several paragraphs of analysis and elaboration on the jurisdiction selected and the various components found within that jurisdiction’s CEMP.

Students should include at least one direct quote from the CEMP retrieved in the Jurisdictional Selection Short Essay entered as an electronic (website) quote used with an appropriate electronic source in text direct quotation and proper electronic source reference list citation located at the very end of the analysis briefing.

Please include both in text citations and a reference list. Both should be in alignment with APA 6th edition citation form and style.
