21 Days of Effective Communication: Activity 3

To complete this activity, you must first read Day 11: Refine Your Voice and Speaking Style, and Day 12 Focus on Behavior not Character

You will then complete the end of chapter exercise for each day. More specifically, for the Day 12 Exercise 1 (pg 52), you will find an article or book and read it aloud for several minutes. Record yourself speaking and then listen to it. Then complete the rest of the steps outlined in the exercise which you will address in your write up.

Then, complete the exercise at the conclusion of the Day 12 (pg 57). This requires you to have a conversation with someone who has recently hurt or inconvenienced you and then practice the tips from the chapter.

After completing both exercises, you must describe your experience and findings in a 1-2 paged double spaced write up
