Abstract

The ubiquitous natures in which microorganisms come into contact with human beings and the many times that this occurs make it hard to believe how infectious diseases infrequently occur. There are organisms that associate or coexist with human beings but do not have any harm afterwards while there are those who when they coexist with the human beings, they end up producing diseases. This all depends with the nature in which this interaction is done more so between the host and the organisms. There has been a lot of research on the pathogenic of diseases and the various mechanisms associated with the same. However, there is an increase in the awareness of the various ways through which pathogenic mechanisms occur and their relationship to the environmental context together with the diseases they produce. Clearly this is knowledge that is needed so that people can understand the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of the infections without any complications.
