You are the head of marketing for a minor league baseball team located in the Hudson Valley, about an hour and a half north of New York City, whose season runs from mid-June to early September. Your job is to create a five-question customer survey as part of an effort to increase overall revenue for the upcoming 2018 season. Your successful initial response to this DQ will include two parts.
