Successful teams are critical in an organization; thus, the management must select members that will promote quality leadership. Successful teams must portray strong leadership skills such as confidence, consistency in work, and commitment. Besides, the team has a common goal, which enables the members to make sure that interpretation of the strategies, as well as objectives, is uniform for the benefit of the organization (Zhu, Trevino, & Zheng, 2016). A successful team is also diverse incorporating different expertise, interests, personal characteristic, different races, age, and gender. Trust is also essential as it leads to good working relationships as the members can freely share ideas. Honesty is vital in this case to promote quality relationship among members.
