Provide a short case summary. Explain what can be the teaching objectives when using this case study in class. Provide a theory review of the case, focusing primarily on that related to the problem of turnover and its impact on organizational performance. Analyze the organization and the situation, focusing on the following sections: a) the organization (key players, managers, team; corporate culture; history of the organization; external environment; nature of call centre jobs); b) the situation (definition of the problem; alignment, issues and legitimacy of the mandate; constraining factors and levers; proposal of indicators).

Discuss about job satisfaction, affective commitment, quit intentions, emotional exhaustion, relationship between the variables. Describe action plan you would recommend to senior management. Provide some conclusion and reflections about the entire case (part a) and (part b).
