1. Do people watch too much tv. What should they do instead?

With continued advancement in the transfer of information through the various media, watching the tv has greatly attracted many. This is because the tv comes with some advantages that have made it the biggest invention in the field of modern science. Through the tv people can update themselves with the world’s current affairs by watching the news channels, it also provides entertainment through the various programs that either plays music, live matches or the video songs. Besides the above positive impacts of the tv, its watching needs to be greatly reduced amongst the human race as it comes with a lot of setbacks. To start with too much tv viewing distracts one’s approach towards life as he or she will constantly be on the television plus the fact that too much light from the tv destroys our eyes (Marsh,2014). Instead of watching the tv, therefore, people need to do a lot of physical practices during their free time in order to maintain a physically fit body. This will ensure that diseases associated with poor lifestyles, i.e., diabetes are reduced. In addition, instead of staring at the tv for the whole day, one can read a book. This ensures continued growth in knowledge and experience as one gets to be a vast thinker through the many things he or she gets to learn from the book. Visiting the sick and the needy as well as a brilliant activity to undertake instead of taking too much time on the tv.
