Alzheimer's Disease

The case presents an Iranian patient who is 76 years old who was presumptively diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, a neurocognitive health condition. The subjective and objective data provided in the case point to experiences of cognitive impairment, which significantly affects the normal patient functions. Several treatment decisions have been made for the patient to enable effective management of the condition. The three decision points include the administration of galantamine, rivastigmine, and donepezil. The decision points have been elaborated with supporting rationale, expected outcome, and results of each one of them.
