A materials selection and eco audit exercise will be conducted by groups of 2 or 3 students.

Each group will be assigned to a particular case study.

There are several parts to this exercise that can be allocated to different students within the

group (research, design requirements, materials selection, life cycle analysis, overall

evaluation and recommendations).

The group members are expected to make extensive use of the software package CES

EduPack 2015.

The group will compile a report for which a group mark will be awarded. This mark will be

peer-reviewed by the group to reflect individual inputs. It is essential that individual

contributions are identified, and agreed within the group, at the front of the report.
