Introduction
A capitalist economy is one
through which wealth is determined and
withstood by means of market demand and supply
as well as the production of goods and services (Mitchell, 2010).
Consequently, the production of goods and raw materials are concentrated among
few individuals. In such a case, only a few individuals’ control of the market
system and thus the consequent leads to imbalance production and under
development. Likewise, the wealth exploits the poor hence leading to the
creating of the gap between the poor and the rich. Therefore, if one was to
come up with a very new capitalistic economy various changes will need
consideration especially in areas of development. For instance, the new
economic capitalistic system should seek the communal growth of the larger mass
in terms of development rather than concentrating wealth among few individuals.
Therefore, it is from this perspective that the paper seeks to exploit new
areas of a capitalistic economic such as the American Capitalism.
American Capitalism
From scratch, the American
Capitalism lays its foundations from the works of Smith in his theory of a new
capitalism. In this concept, the American capitalism will seek to provide a
free market whereby it gives individuals the chance to develop their own economic
prerequisite (Mitchell, 2010). Therefore in such a case, the economic policies
arising in this concept provides a free market that freely brings access to
wealth to all individuals rather than been dominated by the few mercantilists
(Mitchell, 2010). The economic system will entail financial institutions,
corporation institutions as well as individuals’ institutions.
