------EXCERPT-------
Successful aging
Aging
is a normal factor in life that each and every individual must undergo,
however, most people become old faster due to some factors such as psychological,
genetic, as well as the life style of an individual (Knopf, 2014).
Nevertheless, some of the individuals look younger even after reaching their
aging period, because most of the time, they are stable economically hence no
psychological distress.
Reasons why some people do not age earlier
As
a matter of fact, some people become old at many years, for instance, one may
look old at around ninety years since the lifestyle they possess so good and
everything is under their reach. Therefore, the components for successful aging
include; disease free life, peaceful mind, and when one is so active in life,
thus able to socialize with people, and engagement in productive activities.
Typically,
most of the people become old at around seventy years and above, because many
diseases have come up which sometimes become so chronic and makes individuals
older faster. Nonetheless, some persons lose their lives before the stated age
when the disease has become chronic. However, most of these diseases are inheritable.
But, some individuals do survive due to a healthy lifestyle.
