Woman Empowerment

Women Empowerment has been a contentious issue for the past decade or more.  All around the world, there has been a unique talk on the rise of women. Women are gearing towards gaining power in every aspect of life ("Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders | Sheryl Sandberg"). Be it at home, in the workplace or even at public and social events and furthermore, in administration and governing positions. This campaign to empower women has proved to be fruitful because a lot of women are being appointed to powerful positions all over the world. However, the need to empower women is based on the proved ability to work that has been shown by the few women who have been given the platform to demonstrate this ability.
