Use your local community.  Prepare a community assessment document.  This is a scholarly paper using information based on the PHNAT.  Use the PHNAT tool Parts 1 and 2 found in resources and text to guide your assessment and the resulting paper.  The paper should reflect operationalization of elements of professional nursing practice at the BSN level.  Use the sections of the PHNAT tool to construct your paper.  You may include selected data in tables but summarize the data you have collected in paper format.  You can use the sections to organize your paper.  Discuss your findings from the assessment and how it influenced your selection of priorities (Part 1&2).  You may include selected data tables but you need to discuss the data findings.  Paper is to be approx. 3 pages in length.  This will be the beginning part of a continuation using PHNAT parts 3, 4, and 5.  Total length will be 8-10 pages long.  Community I am in is southwestern Florida.
