The people of Algeria believed in their resistance leader Abd al-Qadir who lead a revolution resistance promising his fighters that those who die during the war, as he referred to it as the holy war Jihad, will die a martyr and the survivors would have glory and live happily.

They had many supports from Fulani and Hausa peasantry and the women. Thus, the revolt was successful, and Islam spread all over Nigeria. Marxism the theories by Marx and Engels lead a rebellion against economic exploitation with reference from history. They opposed capitalism and predicted an emergence of socialist order with the futures, of equality and liberty. At last, the rebellion was unsuccessful but left a mark in the hopes of radical visions.
