Intervention proposal based on the level of social ecological model

The population for our application and social determinant consisted of youths of children with the age brackets of 12-17 years suffering from type 2 diabetes. Our proposal will focus on the population using the SEM. Through the model the suggested inspections and scrutiny tools have been highlighted. The above names case scenario is motivated mainly by lifestyle issues, a case that has seen a huge population of children within that age bracket fall victims (Davidson, 2014).
