From your readings you have learned that organizing the work of health care into distinct jobs requires that managers make decisions about authority, specialization, reporting relationships and other matters. There is more to job organization than simply writing a description of duties.
Identify of a specific health care position in a hospital, nursing home or outpatient clinic. As a manager, which of the decisions above do you think would be the easiest to make?  Explain why. Which would be the most difficult for you as manager and why? Be sure to use your text as a basis for this assignment plus a minimum of 2 other professional (journals) references.
