neighborhood, a situation that has made people do their own workouts in their families. With the high

exercising, an activity that is healthy.
Promoting alcohol and tobacco will ruin young people in society. Liquor and cigarettes are very
addictive drugs, any indulgence into them will bring devastating effects in ones life. It will lead to increased
criminal activities and there will be many school kids dropping out of school because of the use of alcohol
and cigarettes. Due to peer pressure, young people will influence one another to try out on these drugs who
think it is the right way of having fun. In addition, there will be increased deaths because of overuse of these
drugs. The society will lose potential great persons. I would like the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to be
regulated and tough ruling to be made.
Junk foods have been in the rise and have negatively affected peoples health. This is because people
take food desserts inappropriately and there are no healthy foods in the grocery stores. This has promoted
junk foods which are associated with health issues such as obesity (Datar, & Nicosia, 2012). I dislike when
groceries are stocked with unhealthy foods instead of foods that will promote healthy living. This will help
to reduce diseases that are associated with unhealthy living. Finally, people should be educated on the
importance of eating a well-balanced diet.
