The liquidation of the Wilson performance automobile plant in Hadleyville has resulted in a massive decline in the town’s revenue. The situation stems from locals losing their jobs and finding difficulty in sustaining themselves and their families. The significance of the company in the town’s development cannot be underestimated since its closure has resulted in a collapse of similar industries within the township. The purpose of this essay is to provide guidelines which will enhance a recovery plan for Hadleyville following the exits of the automobile plant.  The suggested departments which will be examined to reduce the town’s budgetary expenditure are the local water treatment plant, social work, and education.
