The Colorado Antidiscrimination Act (CAA) enlists the act of refusal, withholding from or denial to a person or group because of their nationality, sexual orientation, gender, color or race equal and full enjoyment of the goods, facilities, accommodations or privileges as an unlawful act. The CAA describes venues for public accommodation as regions that allow  business engagement including places offering various services, benefits, privileges and amenities to the public. Arguably, it shows that the CAA is somewhat of an anti-discriminatory statute implemented following the emergence of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.  [Show Less]
