Moving Earth, Inc. is a medium sized company which sells, maintains, and hires out excavators, bulldozers, graders, trucks, and other earth moving equipment. Increased demand for the companys services has led to the approval of a proposal to implement a major expansion plan. Several senior managers, who grew up with the business, have recently retired and a new organizational approach is needed to implement developments.
You have been assigned to advise Moving Earth, Inc. on establishing an organizational structure for asset acquisition and asset management for the future and indicating what personnel should be recruited.
