Your Research Paper must be written in current APA format. (Since this is an objective, academic paper, avoid all use of personal pronouns in your narrative).

The Research Paper must be at least 810 pages of content (not including reference pages, appendices, etc.). Use a title page, 1-inch margins, 12-point font, and double-spaced formatting. Secondary research is required (that is, finding out what others have written).

You should include a minimum of 68 scholarly sources. Citations and references must conform to current APA format. Primary research (interviews, surveys, etc. that you have conducted) is permissible, but not required.
