The instructions are as follows:

-2 x Executive Summaries - 4 pages double spaced each
-1 of them on Case 7 and the other one on Case 3
-Follow the template for each of them, it has guiding questions which should be followed (Attached below)
-There is also the grading rubric for the assignment which will help you know if you're on track or not

-The cases are in the textbook which will also be attached below

Case 7 - Page 526 & 527
Case 3 - Page 519 & 520

-I will also attach a powerpoint for each case so you can make reference to the material because it is required to make reference to the material and use class theories in the analysis and recommendation.

If you need to take a deeper look at the chapters in the textbook, Case 7 is in sync with chapters 6 and 3. Case 3 is in sync with chapters 7 and 8.
