So this is a case study report assignment in which you are supposed to go through the case study called "HORSESHOE RESORT". Once you have read the case, write a report based on the case study that includes

I have attached a pdf named " ENTR 3100 WEEK 9 PDF" it includes all the information regarding the definition of success, critical issues, situational analysis, decision criteria, options analysis, and recommendations.

Also, I have attached grading rubric. WORK WITH THE RUBRIC IN ORDER TO MEET THE EXPECTATIONS.
