The structure should be:
1. The UPR infection with the bacterial infection:
a. generally introduction of ER niche and what kinds of host pathogens can survive and replicate on the ER and reduce UPR infection.
b. bacteria which induces UPR infection  (especially for Listeria, mechanism and how it works)
c. bacteria which inhibit UPR infection (especially for Legionella, mechanism and how it works), and also induction by brucella
p.s.: because listeria and legionella are two bacteria that brucella and legionella are well-studies, so make sure to specify these two as samples on this part of the review.

2. Salmonella effectors
