In these first two weeks, we have examined the links among organizational strategy and human resources planning. We have included Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action requirements in our discussion. In a 2-3 page essay, written in the APA format, please address the following questions: Why do we as a society still need Affirmative Action? Why isn't Equal Employment Opportunity sufficient to prevent workplace discrimination?
