Unit 1 Assignment: Strategic Plan Briefing Topic and Institutional Profile

You will select and identify an already existing university or college strategic plan as the information and data source for your own Strategic Plan Briefing document.

Visit the websites of several colleges or universities and locate their strategic plans. Review several plans and select one that you would like to use for this project. You will want to select a plan that is current, and has a mission, goals, and strategic measures. For the remainder of this project, you will assume the role of the institutional researcher on the Strategic Planning Board for this college or university and you will use your selected strategic plan as the basis for constructing a Strategic Plan Briefing document.

For Unit 1, provide 23 pages within the Strategic Plan Briefing template Part I: Topic and Institutional Profile about the college(s) or university(s) you will be using to create your Strategic Plan Briefing. In addition, include the link to the strategic plan(s) you will be using.
