My professor post one essay question to prepare for that. I need to answer to this question with approx 800 words.

"Present a key educational reform issue that is occurring in California, either at the K-12 or Higher Education level, and analyze it using concepts from the course."

Issue can be longer term issue in state, or something that is happening now, examples:
Ethnic Studies Curriculum
Standardized Tests
Student crowding at University
Charter School in LA


Doesnt have to be a right answer or solution, Ill be looking more at how you discuss the topic and use course ideas to make an argument about it.
But you can make suggestions.


Possible Outline:

Present and give context of issue and how it plays out in California
3-4 paragraphs of analyzing it using ideas from the course
Final paragraph that concludes and perhaps offers some evaluation of reform or suggestion
