Generally, it is easy for most people in the developed countries world to believe in the existence of God. This is because they have been enjoying the best that life can offer (at least as per global standards). However, in the case of people in the developing countries, and one example being Rwanda, the idea that God exist could be laughable. This is so especially in the 1990s, when political unrest unleashed terror that had never been seen in the world. The biggest question that arose at that time is whether the Bible verse, Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go was valid. The victims had horrific experiences, which affected their lives since then.
