Abstract

Generally, cost efficiency is an aspect that every organization endeavors to maintain. The top management should develop and implement strategies for improving their operations. BMH is one of the organizations that has had exceptional delivery of services. The organization, through its CEO and chair of the board, should communicate constantly and ensure that all the developments are aimed at improving the mission and vision of BHM. Old strategies should serve as a platform for knowing areas that need improvement in BMH. Developing new strategies and sharing them with board members and other stakeholders will also strengthen BMHs delivery. Regular communication, especially annual and quarterly reviews, are essential for ensuring that every stakeholder understands the direction of the organization.
