The psychodynamic theory of human behavior strives to explain human behavior and work performance based on early life experiences. In this case, it is based on the belief that human behavior is a result of past experiences, and in this case, people usually work towards ensuring that they do not go through the same experiences again. This theory has mainly been based around the works of Sigmund Freud, a theorist who played a significant role in establishing the factors surrounding an individuals human emotions and actions that occur subconsciously. In this regard, he believes that an individual is in a better position to understand himself through unconscious thoughts, mainly because he is not under any external pressures.
