A Medical compliance plan entails a formal statement involving a healthcare practice’s intent to ethically conduct itself on business operations, federal regulations and patient services. The principle purpose the paper concerns the inception of a compliance plan for nursing practice in Community Health for Medicare International which centers around two broad folds. The first one involves the provision of blueprint for the program of conformity practice and achievement of the goals above which satisfy the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the other concerns the encouragement of employees to report incidences of unethical conduct and the compliance of various issues relating to nursing practice.
