The article by Presbitero (2016) provides insights regarding the impact of CQ in enabling ISs to cope with their new situations. Most often, the students are normally faced by culture shock. Therefore, they need pertinent situations which enable them to cope with the prevailing circumstances. Based on two surveys conducted by the researcher on a group of 189 and 123 international students respectively, he established that CQ is important in minimizing the negative effects which stem out of culture shock and its reverse. The article will be used in the paper to show the general need to leverage on the opportunities brought about by CQ in boosting the situation of international students.
