Part Four: Analysis Essay of Team
The purpose of this assignment is to help you independently analyze the collaborative learning team; heighten team awareness; help the team to deal with issues such as communication, change, and leadership; predict problems; and design interventions. Using Microsoft Word, compose a 1,000-1,500 word analysis your learning team's strengths, weaknesses, and potential conflicts.

As you consider this assignment, these questions should be answered:

1.  What did the team do well? We communicated well through daily text message and classroom discussion board. 

2.  What did the team do less well? Staying on task with project schedule.  (due to different time zones and life situations)

3.  What did the team need to do more of? Completing task timely

4.  What did the team need to do less of?

5.  What kind of activities frustrated some members? Helped some members?
One of the members had a lifetime changing event (found out she was prego...don't mention..just use lifetime changing event)

6.  Were there interpersonal conflicts between team members? No conflicts derived but explain what could happen...

7.  What were the main areas of conflict between team members?  No major areas of conflict...

8.  What are the steps for resolution your team followed when conflicts developed between team members?  none arose but explain what could happen.
