Chapter 8 discusses the differences in how the generations relate to Communication in the workplace.  In your workplace, what is the primary mode of communication?  How effectively does that mode of communication relate to you and your peers?  What could your organization do differently to improve communication in a multigenerational environment?

The research you are conducting in this class for the Research Proposal is both Qualitative and Generative.  Why is it important to conduct this type of research prior to a more Quantitative and Evaluative study?  Why do you think that the Literature Review plays such a central role in conducting research?
