o    Briefly discuss your opinion of what you learned from the video or information you could add to the video.
o    Reflect on and report on the last meal you consumed before watching this video.
o    Determine the approximate amount of sugar ingested with that one meal.
    Research a disease process that is linked to increased sugar intake.
    Explain the research findings.
Part II
In the response, include the following:
    Assume the role of a caregiver.
    Educate a patient on foods that are low in sugar content and foods that are high in sugar content.
    Explain concepts of balanced meals and appropriate portions, including an explanation of appropriate amounts of sugar.
    Assume the patient is at risk for the disease described in the initial post.
o    Describe comorbidities that may occur with the disease process.
o    Describe steps the patient can take to improve personal nutritional health.
