The assignment has 2 main components:

1. You should begin with a brief overview of the theory you have chosen (Panic Disorder)

An example of a specific theory is Paul Salkovskis theory of inflated responsibility in OCD. It is not sufficient to simply refer to cognitive-behavioural theories.

2. The main part of this assignment is to provide an evidence-based critical review of the theory that you have chosen. In your critical review, your task is to evaluate published evidence that relates to your theory and to use that evidence to highlight the key strengths of the theory as well as its key limitations or weaknesses. You need to provide some critique of key literature. You should finish with a conclusion in which you provide your evidence-based opinion (using references) of the usefulness of the theory that youve reviewed
