    A rationale for why this Project is important and how it aligns to the vision of the sample district.
    A set of goals (no more than 3) and objectives (no more than 3 for each goal)
    Structures that are (or will be) in place to complete the Project.
    Leadership actions (Your role in moving the Project forward).
    Collaboration (Who you will partner with to complete the Project?)
    Who will be impacted by the Project?
    A time frame for completing the Project.
Assessment:
    Define the artifacts and data you will collect for the Project.
    Define what may be evidence of impact of the Project.
