Locate and analyze a minimum of 2 peer-reviewed articles in addition to the two scholarly journal and three professional journal articles you found in Weeks 2 and 3, focused on how leaders in your profession could benefit from addressing the problem to initiate change in the workplace. 



Analyze and evaluate the articles using the same analytical framework you began in Week 2, adding new topic areas to include the leadership component. 



Revise the pieces you wrote/revised in Weeks 1, 2, and 3 based on your instructors feedback.



Write 1-2-pages discussing the implications of your problem for leaders, drawing upon what the writers of the articles you found say about it.  Write using scholarly voice.



Insert the pages in the Executive Summary Template where appropriate.



Place your analytical framework as an Appendix to your paper.



Submit this assignment along with the previous revised submissions, using the Executive Summary template. You must integrate faculty feedback from the previous assignments into this assignment submission.
