Each personality has its unique features and characteristics that differentiate it from the rest. Based of the Holland’s theory and the characteristics, I myself fall in to social and enterprising personality as in my job I lead and persuade people, and to sell things and ideas. I value success in leadership or business and see myself as energetic, ambitious, and sociable. I also see myself as helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I also like to do things to help people like, teaching, providing information and talking to people to resolve their problems.
