In no more than four (4) pages, please discuss the difference between the complaint process for complaints arising under the European Convention on Human Rights brought before the European Court of Human Rights and those arising under the other European human rights treaties that we discussed this semester and the enforcement/compliance monitoring bodies for those treaty regimes. A complete analysis will include a discussion and comparison of compulsory jurisdiction and/or admissibility, conditions precedent to bringing a complaint and the binding (or non-binding) nature of the treaty bodies’ findings and/or rulings.
