Book review (A Primer on Corporate Governance by Cornelis A. de Kluyver)

Corporate governance is a term used to describe the broad aspects of management activities that go into running a business entity. As such, these activities range from engraved set of rules in the entity’s statutory books and other practices that guide the management in undertaking all the interests of different stakeholders in the company. Per se, this will look to delve into the issue on the basis of Cornelis Kluyver’s book, A Primer on Corporate Governance, which contributes on a variety of issues that entail the whole environment of running an organization at the top levels.
