Drawing upon the Case Study (WiFi Reach Project) and your own reading and research on the procurement models and concept, you must develop your understanding of the requirements of procurement management for complex projects, particularly in the public sector.
The word limit is 3,000 words excluding cover page, references in the bibliography and the appendices. Cover page must have full name and ID number.

The report should have a professional format (e.g. title page, executive summary, table of content, subtitles, conclusions and recommendations, appendices, etc.). Pages must be numbered and a professional standard of presentation regarding fonts, size, etc. must be maintained throughout.
